Jen has transformed my body.
I had been doing physio on and off for years, and my physiotherapist suggested I go and see Jen. Jen figured out my issues instantly and designed a program to suit. I travel a lot for work, so needed something I could do in my own time. Jen has provided me with 3 updated programs now, I check in every few months and she updates my moves. My body has never felt better and stronger, and I have not needed to go back to physio since I started with Jen.
