Drive your fitness program at your own schedule between 5am & 10pm 7 days a week via a Key Fob Access. There are also options to add a weekly class or two at member pricing. Learn more.
Weekly or fortnightly for 45 minutes or an hour. A personalised mix of equipment, mat, Pilates and cardio training. PT is additional to membership after the initial included 30minute session.
Don't want or need a gym access fob? Sign up just for the weekly Pilates & movement classes on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. See Class Schedule for time details.
