ABOUT JEN RICE
Jen is a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates mat instructor, mum of two kids and lover of movement indoor and outdoors. Her workouts with clients are a fusion of functional training, weight training, Pilates and cardio to improve one's overall fitness and well-being.
She began as a Personal Training in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2004. After working with her first client, she knew this was the work she was meant to do.
Her strong interest in the biomechanics of the body helps her to create programs that make a positive difference in people's lives. In her 20's she competed in triathlons and came to do Ironman New Zealand in 2007.
Now, with 2 kids and a busy schedule (like all of us right?) she has learned the key to creating a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Fitness and movement is her passion, she's pedantic about good form, and continues to learn so she can share her knowledge and empower others to find this balance for themselves.
