About Jen

Hi beautiful human,

So we can meet, here is a bit about me...

I am a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates mat instructor, mum of two kids and lover of movement indoor and outdoors. My workouts with clients are a fusion of functional training, weight training, Pilates and cardio to improve one's overall fitness and well-being.

I began as a Personal Training in Vancouver, BC in 2004. The first clients I worked with I knew this was the work I was meant to do. I loved working with people, I was interested in the biomechanics of the body and I felt I made a positive difference in people's lives. In my 20's I was totally into triathlons and came to do Ironman New Zealand in 2007. I fell in love with a kiwi multi-sporter, Andreas, traded my togs for a kayak and got into that for a while too. 

Now, with 2 kids and a busy schedule (like all of us right?) I have learned the key to creating a balanced, healthy lifestyle that makes me the best version of myself. Fitness and movement is my passion, I'm pedantic about good form, am constantly learning and keeping up with the latest research and mostly, I love people!
