Circuit Training

Circuit Classes combine high volume, low resistance weight training with cardio. You'll get a highly efficient workout that will improve your overall body tone, mobility and fitness.

Our classes have an intimate 1:7 trainer:participant ratio so there’ll be plenty of focus on your technique, and a chance to adjust exercises to suit your body and your ability.

Class format

A fast-paced 45 minute session. You'll either complete an exercise for 45 seconds, then move on to the next, or aim for as many rounds 'circuits' of a series of exercises in a given timeframe. Our trainer, Gemma, will ensure your technique is safe and is getting you maximum benefit from each move. There is nowhere to hide!
