Become apart of a group of like-minded people, train at home 3 times a week for 20-25mins. Do the Facebook sessions live or in your own time! Ask questions to the group and let us know how you are doing. Or get the goods (ie. sessions for at home) and do them privately.

Monday, 6:30am NZ time: Core Strong
Tuesday, 6:30am NZ time: Strength or HITT (option for both each week)
Thursday, 6:30am NZ time: Mobility & Flow
You can add these into your weekly workout plan or just do them because they make you feel great!
