Pilates & Movement

Pilates aligns your body and connects you with your core. It improves your posture, flexibility, mobility and increase your muscular strength. 

Join us at in our space at The Well Whole Body Studios, at Tannery. Our small-group classes are relaxed and friendly, with a focus on helping you achieve maximum benefit from your class.

Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Bookings are essential.

Drop in: $22

Weekly class membership is easy to set up and will help keep you on track with your fitness. Sign up for one, two or three classes per week. Pay by automatic payment. Re-schedule online or pause your membership when you go on holiday. 
Class sizes are limited to ensure you get personal attention and to make the sessions deliver results.
