Pilates & Movement


Pilates usitlises a system of exercises to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. Regular Pilates helps you to align your body and connect with your core - the body's natural strength centre.

We offer a relaxed, friendly environment in our space at The Well Whole Body Studios in Woolston. We keep our class sizes small to ensure every participant receives they attention they need to be safe and achieve maximum benefit from the class.

Classes run Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Levels are a mix of beginner and general ability. Our practitioners will increase or reduce the complexity of moves according to ability.

Choose from Drop-in or Weekly membership. Book a session when you can or stay on top of your strength and flexibility by signing-up to regular classes. 

Online set-up is simple. You'll pay weekly by automatic payment, and can re-schedule a class or pause your membership via a handy app.
