Our Technogym equipment is state-of-the-art, setting you up for an optimal work out. Tap into their My Wellbeing App to manage your progress online, and mix things up with Technogym's extensive range of training styles and intensity. If zoning out is your thing, you can tap into ready-made content or connect your own device to any machine.
Unlimited access for $23/ week

Induction and training
It's important that we take you through a few health questions before you begin at the gym. If you're a regular gym-goer who knows what they're doing, our basic induction package will likely be right for you. If you're new to the gym, or a bit rusty, you may prefer a more in depth induction, and ongoing support with your progress and your programme.
Basic Induction $49: includes registration, health assessment, and 30 minute training on equipment with one of our Personal Trainers
xxx Induction $99: includes registration, health assessment, access fob plus a one-hour Personal Training session and tailored workout programme.
xxx Induction $249: jump start your fitness with three personal training sessions with a qualified trainer. Package includes registration, health assessment, access fob three, one-hour Personal Training sessions and tailored training plan.
