A BODY IN BALANCE

Jen and her team are all experienced personal trainers. Initial sessions will focus on 'turning-on' muscle groups, fascia, and other systems in the body so that they perform as intended.

 

Your trainer will work with you to resolve pain, flexibility or mobility issues that may be present, and are most often caused when one body-system is compensating for the underperformance of another.

BE FIT FOR LIFE

 

Jen works with all kinds of bodies - from performance athletes to eighty year old trampers. While clients' short-term goals may vary, they a commitment to leading a long and active life. 

SESSION TYPES

 

PT sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly for an hour. They're held in The Well's gym space at Jen's studios in Woolston. Jen offers limited at-home training by arrangement.

You can expect a mix of equipment, mat, Pilates and cardio training.

PRICING

 

Personal Training   Casual $90/hr   Member $85/hr


Partner Training   Casual $55/hr   Member $50/hr/person
(max. two people)

Payments   Pay weekly or purchase 10-session concessions.
