IT'S LESS ABOUT REPS & WEIGHTS
The Gym at Jen Rice Fitness is less about reps and weights than it is about re-establishing your natural strength, form and endurance.
The gym studio has abundant natural light and plenty of greenery to keep the air clean and fresh. Membership is capped at 70 so you will have space to work out at your own pace.
Our Technogym equipment is ergonomically friendly. It's super easy to adjust to your body, and designed to help you get the most out of your work out.
Tap into the My Wellbeing App to manage your progress online, and mix things up with a range of pre-set training styles and intensity. If zoning out is your thing, you can tap into ready-made content or connect your own device to any machine.
UNLIMITED ACCESS FOR $23/ WEEK
Membership to The Gym is simple - you pay weekly.
Pause payments when you go on holiday, and add in extras like small group Pilates or Circuit classes.
INDUCTION AND TRAINING
It's important to choose an induction package to suit your needs and experience. If you're a regular gym-goer who knows what they're doing, our basic induction package will likely be right for you. If you're new to the gym, or a bit rusty, you may prefer a more in depth induction, and ongoing support with your progress and your programme.
A Jen Rice Fitness Basic Induction costs $69 and includes registration with key fob, health assessment, and 30 minutes training on equipment with one of our Personal Trainers.
